The Queen Bedrooms offer a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you’ll find a charming bedroom with a Queen bed and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The large living area features a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06570 and Business License BL031151-02-2023 Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
