Domus LXVII Monti is located in the Rione Monti (ZTL), the first and oldest district of Rome, and certainly one of the most charming and picturesque.
It is a comfortable apartment in a 17th-century building, pleasantly furnished with elegant wooden ceilings, just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s main attractions such as the Roman Forum, the Colosseum (less than 1 km away), and the Domus Aurea.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and two bathrooms.
The interior space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with large sofas, Smart TV, and air conditioning;
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN : stove with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dining table;
BATHROOM with shower, sink, and WC;
BEDROOM with a double bed and en-suite bathroom;
SECOND BATHROOM with a shower box, sink, bidet, and WC.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR GUESTS : unlimited Wi-Fi (fiber), air conditioning (split in the living room), fan, independent heating, iron, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, and a second room with an extra bed available upon request (to be made 48 hours before arrival to allow time for setup).
NOTICE : If you are traveling with children under the age of 12, please be cautious about the staircase leading to the apartment.
The Neighborhood : Those who stroll through the streets of the Monti district today might not realize that these roads tell a story over two thousand years old. This area has its roots in the period when Rome was still taking shape—it’s a hidden gem just steps away from the Imperial Fora. What stands out is its vibrant atmosphere and retro charm. Shops and restaurants are scattered throughout a maze of cobbled alleys lined with ancient aristocratic buildings.
How to reach the apartment :
From Fiumicino International Airport Leonardo da Vinci , you can reach Roma Termini station via the Leonardo Express service. From the station, take metro line B to the “Cavour” stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the property.
From Rome Ciampino International Airport , you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station (950 meters from the apartment). Then, take metro line B to the “Cavour” stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the property.
From Roma Termini Station , take metro line B to the “Cavour” stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the property. The station is 1 km away on foot.
If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone):
From 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays (excluding holidays)
From 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays (excluding holidays)
The night-time ZTL is not active during the month of August.
