Situated within a private, gated 40-acre estate, a peaceful Wine Country retreat awaits at this spacious, stylish compound. Composed of a 3,971-square-foot main house and a 915-square-foot guest house connected by a breezeway, this vacation rental is the ideal escape for families or those wanting to celebrate a significant life milestone. Snowbirds are also welcome. Key highlights include a brand-new private pool with a hot tub, a large primary suite complete with a living area, a wine cellar, new furnishings, and breathtaking views.
Ideally located on the famous Paso Robles Wine Trail, you’re in a prime location to tour local wineries and discover shops and dining in Paso Robles, making it the perfect place for bachelor/bachelorette get-togethers.
Attend local wine tastings, shoot a game of golf, or go on a scenic stroll through a local park. The area even hosts beautiful wedding venues, so your big day can be as lavish as you’ve always dreamed. Enjoy close proximity to the Paso Market Walk, Hearst Castle, and nearby hiking and biking trails, or drive to Lake Nacimiento.
Stream shows on the 75" smart TV or relax with a book on the sleeper sofa in the den. A desk with a printer and monitor offers office space. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The coffee bar has a new coffee maker and milk frother. The main house sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the den. The primary suite showcases a king bed, patio access, and a sitting room with a sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and smart TV. The lavish en-suite bath has a freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in rain shower. The two guest rooms offer king beds and en-suite sinks. These bedrooms are connected by a bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom is located across from the laundry room, and a half bath adds extra convenience.
The guest house sleeps four guests with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest house has a TV in the living area, an office nook with a desk, and a dining table, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, double-basin sink, dishwasher, and microwave.
Delight in gorgeous vistas from the spacious covered patio, featuring a lounger for two and armchairs. The guest house also has a mountain-view patio. Find serenity while taking in the surrounding views from the backyard seating area. Sizzle supper on the built-in gas grill with an adjacent sink, then dine alfresco at the table together.

Home Truths:
- The vineyard around Wellsona is being removed, and as a result, the home will no longer be surrounded by a vineyard. During this process, vineyard workers may be on-site during guest stays, and the views/landscape may change from the photos.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has a monthly exterminator service, but you may still see some harmless native beetles and bugs during your stay.
- The fountains on the property are inoperable due to water conservation in Paso Robles.
- The front gate opens and closes manually.
- The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Please note that spa heating is not complimentary. The fee is $75 per day.
- The casita is separate from the main house. Please note that the bedroom is open-concept and does not have interior doors for privacy.

- Parking is available for four vehicles.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
