Mulino della Solaia is a luxurious recent conversion of an old Olive Oil Mill with Private Garden, Swimming Pool and spectacular views over a forested valley in the Tuscan hills a little south of the cultural city of Siena.
Set over two floors the Villa is an independent building with space for a huge living room with fireplace, a large dining room set by a large Kitchen fitted out with all the latest equipment. The interior is tastefully modern and fitted with air-conditioning all throughout.

Using local and traditional materials ’Mulino Della Solaia’ has been restored to very high standards, keeping the traditional exterior the interior is tastefully modern and fitted with air-conditioning all throughout and the latest in lighting and heating.
The living room with fireplace has ceiling height picture windows looking over the sun terrace which runs along the whole length of the house.
The vast terrace with plenty of space for chairs and tables has views over the garden, swimming pool and the forested valley below.
Off the living room at the foot of the stairs in the middle of the house is the original millstone dominating the entrance hallway.
Leading off the hallway is another smaller living area and in the other direction past the front door is the kitchen.
At the end of the mill is a ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom the whole ground floor being wheelchair accessible.
Up the one flight of stairs a corridor running along the front of the house leads to the master bedroom at one end, two bedrooms off the corridor and another large bedroom at the opposite end of the mill. Each bedroom having en-suite bathrooms fitted with luxuriously modern bathroom fittings.
