This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps 8, featuring two queen beds, two twin beds, and a sleeper-sofa. Conveniently located just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street and on the free bus route, this vacation rental offers easy access to shopping, dining, and world-class skiing.
Spread across three levels, the home provides plenty of room to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range.
The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals away from home. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The cozy living room features 2 plush couches, a 50” Smart TV, and a rustic fireplace adding a warm ambiance to the space. From the living room, access the spacious covered balcony, which will be your private outdoor oasis from which you can take in the gorgeous views over Breckenridge Ski Resort. The private sauna adds a spa-like luxury to the home, the perfect place to end busy days and ease sore muscles before tucking into bed. This level also includes a full bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. For added convenience, towels and an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent are provided.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two additional full bathrooms. The primary en suite offers a single-sink vanity and a spacious shower, and the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This level also has a private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
The third level is a loft-style space with two twin beds and a three-drawer dresser, perfect for the kids! Whether you’re hitting the slopes or exploring the town, this townhome is the perfect base for your Breckenridge getaway!
Because of the location of this property, a vehicle with 4WD is highly recommended for the Winter season.
