Located through the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, you are close to one of their 27 holes of championship golf courses and 23-court Van Der Meer Tennis Resort. 6 Sailmaster features a private entry courtyard and sitting area.
Once inside the villa has an open living space for the dining room and living room. The living room overlooks the back patio and lagoon and has a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6 and is just outside the galley kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area. There is also a powder room on the 1st floor.
Take the stairs to the second level where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room has ample space for all your guests. There are 2 twin beds, as well as a bunk bed and trundle for sleeping for 5 totals. There is also a flat-screen TV, balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Sailmaster Commons Community is located within Shipyard Plantation on the south end of Hilton Head. There is a community pool, and it is just a short bike ride to the beach. Guests of Sailmaster Commons have parking access at the Shipyard Beach Club on a first come first serve basis.
