Welcome to Villa Tropical — your private Punta Gorda retreat surrounded by water on three sides. With a saltwater pool and spa, private dock, steam shower, and plenty of space to unwind, this home blends peaceful luxury with all the tools for adventure. It’s a short 25-minute walk (or 10-minute bike ride) to Fishermen’s Village, with restaurants, shops, and harborfront views along the way. Bikes, kayaks, beach gear, and fishing gear all available to you for no additional cost.
Welcome to Villa Tropical, the ideal Punta Gorda vacation home. This gorgeous canal front home is surrounded on three sides by water. Look through the front entrance to the expansive living room and a wall of windows overlooking the private pool, spa and tranquil canal.
The master suite has a private walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and double sink, as well as direct access to the pool and spa. At the other end of the Villa, are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with closets and a shared bathroom, complete with tub, shower, and double sink vanity.
This property accommodates up to 8 overnight guests. Three king beds and 1 queen hide-a-bed are available. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
The villa’s living room is designed for entertainment and relaxation, where you can discover various books, games, and puzzles suitable for all age groups. Additionally, peruse through magazines that offer insights into the local surroundings.
This unique home also has a gas fireplace in the living room, which you can enjoy on rare occasions when there is a chill in the air. Our goal is to make Villa Tropical your ultimate retreat.
Unwind by the newly renovated heated salt-water pool and spa, then enjoy al fresco dining with an outdoor dining table and grill, all within the lanai. Gather around the propane coffee table firepit in comfortable outdoor seating and take in the panoramic view of the canal and dock, while watching for manatees and dolphins.
For those seeking adventure, we provide 2 kayaks, 4 bicycles, fishing rods, and a private dock. Please be mindful that due to wildlife considerations, swimming in the canal is not recommended. All amenities are provided free of charge.
Villa Tropical is ideally situated, providing easy access to the area’s many attractions and fine restaurants. A mere 25-minute walk will lead you to Fishermen’s Village, downtown’s vibrant bars, restaurants, and charming shops. Should you wish to explore further, a short 34-minute drive will take you to downtown Fort Myers.
As a thoughtful gesture, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine awaits in the refrigerator for your enjoyment. Please let us know in advance if you wish otherwise.

They sell homemade jewelry, fresh produce, and other treats to discover.
4. Enjoy The Parks
This city has so many parks that you cannot explore them all in one trip. Laishley, Bike Linear, Ponce De Leon, and Gilchrist are the most well-known parks here. Every park offers you and your friends or family something special to do or indulge in.
5. The Harborwalk
A stroll around the Harborwalk will be perfect if you want a laid-back evening with lovely scenery and a refreshing breeze to clear your brain. You may unwind and take in all of Charlotte Harbor’s beauty on the 2.5 mile-nature trail.
You may drive, bike, walk or use Uber or Lyft for transportation. It is a 25-minute walk to Fishermen’s Village and downtown.
Please utilize the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The garage can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with 2 additional in the driveway. Do not park trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or on the street.
This property is cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax per pet fee - please inquire before booking.
Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
