This property is located in the heart of the famous New Smyrna Beach Florida directly on the beach. The area has multiple restaurants, pubs, gift shops and more. If you enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of water and maybe watching some Dolphin looking for a meal, then this is the place for you. You will be only 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, 75-80 minutes from Disney World or 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and 70 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
