77 Springwood is a 2nd-floor townhouse with charming southern beach décor!
On the first floor of the townhouse is the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living room. The living room features a Smart TV, couch, two sitting chairs and access to the patio that overlooks the landscape and pool area. The laundry room and a powder room are also located on the first floor.
Enjoy the comfortable master suite located on the second floor that has a king sized bed, TV and bathroom and overlooks the pool and landscape. The guest bedroom overlooks the front of the complex has two full sized beds, TV and a private bathroom. This townhome is about 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to many local attractions!
Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
