14 Heron is a great house for the whole family to enjoy! Conveniently located on the corner of North Forest Beach and Heron Street, you are only a few steps to the sand. Enjoy your meals in the gourmet kitchen, featuring a large island and eating bar, all open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a large seating area. Off the living room is the pool deck and patio. Enjoy swimming in this private pool 14’ x 24’, grill, and dining table for 6. Also, on the main floor is a bathroom with access to the pool deck and laundry room. The master bedroom completes the main floor with a king bed, a daybed with a trundle, and a private bath. The 2nd floor has 5 additional bedrooms, all with large flat-screen TVs. At the top of the stairs to the right is the 2nd master bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa and private bath. The bathroom contains a soaking tub (no Jacuzzi Functions). There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with king beds, private baths, and flat-screen TVs. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. The other has a set of bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a queen bed. Underneath the home, there is a large game room with a ping-pong table, lots of seating, and a flat-screen TV. The game room is the perfect place for the kids to gather.
