External Description
The villa is immersed in an oasis of peace and relaxation among the Umbrian hills, near Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Surrounded by a large fenced park of about three hectares, with trees, flowers and olive grove, this historic farmhouse offers several areas dedicated to fun such as: a children’s playground, a grass sports field for five-a-side football and/or volleyball, a bowling green, and a ping pong table.
Under the large patio you will find a lounge area with seats and a dining table for 10/12 people, ideal for spending pleasant meals in the open air.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a fenced private pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.50 m), open from May 1st to September 15th, and equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
A barbecue and a private parking for 4 cars are also available to guests.
Internal Description
Originating from the 17th century and completely renovated, the farmhouse is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Three bedrooms are provided with air conditioning. On request 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available free of charge.
Ground floor: The ground floor of the villa houses the living area, divided into several rooms: a bright open-space lounge, elegantly furnished with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen; a spacious dining room with a table for 10-12 people.

Lower floor: From the kitchen on the ground floor an external staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa where you will find an apartment with independent entrance and external patio (with dining table), consisting of: a living room (with sofa, armchairs and tv), a large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 3 bathrooms with shower (one of which is equipped for disabled people).
First floor: The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of: 1 double bedroom with canopy bed, air conditioning, private balcony, and adjacent bathroom with bathtub/shower; 1 double bedroom; 1 single bedroom with air conditioning and adjacent bathroom with shower.
A study with desk and bookcase completes the floor.
