The accommodation is located in the picturesque district of Pignasecca, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the Neapolitan spirit, in a period building which was a former convent dating back to 1700. The location is also convenient for visiting other areas of the city, as the apartment is 450m from the Dante metro stop and 240m from the Montesanto station and funicular.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: therefore, please note the need to climb the stairs to the entrance.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement.
- Smoking is forbidden (our apartments are entirely smoke-free).
- The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.
