Stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom property with private pool, situated in a peaceful location deep in the un spoilt Garfagnana, yet only a few minutes from town.
This spacious stone barn has been restored to a very high standard, with all modern conveniences, such as a well equipped designer kitchen and beautiful shower rooms, yet it retains traditional features such as chestnut beamed ceilings.
The house whilst very traditional has large windows creating a sense of light and airiness not always found in older style properties and it also has the benefit of a large covered terrace on the first floor as well as a another open terrace both of which overlook the garden and pool.
Upper Floor:
Enter house via large covered terrace into very spacious living room/kitchen/diner with arch style beamed celings. The room has 2 large windows, one with view of the valley and the mountains beyond, and the other overlooking the pool. There is a large dining table with ample space for all to dine and sofas.
There is a choice of SAT TV, DVD, and stereo for entertainment plus free WiFi connection.
The living room is divided from the kitchen by a serving/preparation ‘island’.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven; 4 ring electric induction hobs; double sink; microwave; dishwasher; large fridge/freezer.
From the lounge you can access the study/quiet room furnished with a bed settee.
From the lounge you can access the shower room with “Jacuzzi” shower and the study room furnished with a bed settee and leading to the open terrace. Other main door leads directly to the garden and pool area.
Lower floor
Internal access to the ground floor from wooden staircase to the night zone, consisting of

Outside there is one covered and one open large terrace.
There is a brand new private infinity pool 11M x 5M with internal steps, set in the flat gardened zone of the grounds including a shaded area with outdoor sofas.
For al fresco dining there is amply outdoor dining space and BBQ.
