Casa Pippin, covering an area of approximately 190 sq m, has two floors, connected internally by two staircases and externally by a brick staircase. GROUND FLOOR - Large living room with sofas, smart tv, and fireplace; open-plan kitchen and dining area with direct access to a pergola for al fresco dining; study with garden access; bathroom with shower; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed); twin bedroom and one double bedroom that communicate with each other, but also have independent entrances from the outside and share a panoramic terrace, accessible via French windows and connected to the external staircase; bathroom with tub and shower; bathroom with tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The 2,400 sq m garden surrounding Casa Pippin slopes gently towards the pool and features well-kept lawns, flowers, and ancient olive trees. A terrace outside the kitchen is shaded by a pergola, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue, and a lounge area. The garden’s strategic lighting creates an enchanting atmosphere at night, perfect for enjoying the views of Cortona and its surrounding hills. A parking area with two uncovered spaces and one covered spot is conveniently located near the house. The garden also has a pedestrian gate with four steps leading to the house.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on a lower terrace, 20 m from the house, and can be reached via a grassy path or a flight of 18 steps. The edge pool offers stunning views of the countryside. Rectangular shape; dimensions 9 x 4 m with depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2 m; Roman steps for access; chlorine purification; pool terrace with sunbeds and an umbrella; cold-water shower; night lighting; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
