FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with a balcony offering lake views; twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower. This floor provides sweeping views of the pool and the lake. BASEMENT - bathroom with shower; laundry room; garage with two covered parking spaces.

The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 sq m garden that harmonises tall trees, olive groves, and aromatic plants, creating a serene retreat. The shaded patios, one equipped for al fresco dining, provide inviting spaces to relax. The gentle sound of the lake enhances the tranquil atmosphere. A convenient garage accommodates up to five cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

The pool is positioned on an elevated terrace, offering breathtaking lake views. Rectangular shape; dimensions 12 x 4 m with a depth of 1.4 m; salt purification; internal and external lighting; shallow area for relaxing; marble-paved pool terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
