Both remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd level. One bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private balcony over looking the Tennismaster complex. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The remaining bedroom has a king bed and a day bed, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the golf course. The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the plantation trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Vehicle Policy: Tennismaster allows up to TWO (2) cars max. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax per car. Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs; 75 lbs. or less per dog. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet.
