Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Non-smoking. No Pets Allowed.
  • MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
  • No condominium, beach house or other property will be rented to individuals under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent, who is financially and contractually responsible for the rental.  Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by said parent and the parents must check in and occupy the rental property with said guests under the age of 25 during the entire rental period. Failure to comply with this contractual requirement will result in the eviction of the unaccompanied guests under the age of 25 from the property and forfeiture of all payments. Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of any advance payment and the underage party will not be permitted to check in.
  • When making a reservation in a Crye*Leike Gulf Coast – Flip Flop Vacations rental property, a terms and conditions rental agreement will be required to be signed either electronically or manually by the guest making the reservation, paying for the reservation, as well as checking in for the reservation.
  • This rental agreement will be sent electronically to the email address provided when making a reservation. Once the signed rental agreement is received by Crye*Leike Gulf Coast – Property Manager, all information will be verified as accurate prior to the issuance of any check in information.
  • If this rental agreement is found not to be accurate or not verifiable, all standard cancellation fees apply.
