This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed with comfort and fun in mind! Located conveniently near the Gulf Shores Sportsplex, OWA Amusement Park and Sports Complex, Outlet Shopping Mall, and just a 15-minute drive from the Gulf, this property provides easy access to local attractions and activities. The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining area with seating for eight, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and breakfast nook, and a cozy living area. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a twin sleeper chair, and an attached private bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to a hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second guest bedroom includes a queen and a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has twin-over-double and twin-over-twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a hall bath with a corner shower. Adjacent to the living room, the sunroom provides additional sleeping options, including two double-sleeper sofas and a twin sleeper chair—perfect for movie nights, game sessions, or simply relaxing. The living room also has a twin sleeper chair for added flexibility. The backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun, featuring an enclosed area with a privacy fence, a screen-covered swimming pool, a sandy beach area, and a gazebo with cooking and seating options. It’s the perfect space for gatherings and making cherished memories. Important notes: Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required. A signed rental agreement is mandatory. This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises. Small dogs (25 lbs or less) are welcome with management approval, a non-refundable pet fee, and a waiver. Pool heat is available for an additional fee.
