Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Please ask us should you wish to have your pet with you.
  • There are houses around so the basic rules of noise prevention should be followed. Quiet hours 15.00-17.00 and 23.00-07.00
  • Children below the age of 18 should not swim or be around the pool unsupervised.
  • The main guest acts on behalf of and assumes responsibility for all members of the visiting group. The guest assures that all members of the visiting group are aware of, bound to, and will adhere to the house rules.
  • Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to our contact person immediately. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment.
  • The property is located in the countryside so the OWNER should not be kept responsible for any pests that might appear as this is out of our control. The property is frequently disinfected with certified materials.
  • At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants.
  • Any reservations made under false pretenses may result in loss payments and possible removal of GUEST from rental unit. No Fraternities, no sororities, no excessive parties involving external visitors.
  • External Visitors require prior approval. Approval can be granted only on basis of full names and details. No Overnight stays. Any external visitor to the PROPERTY is the sole responsibility of GUEST.
  • Only use appliances and pieces of furniture for their intended uses.
  • Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of these items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings in excess of normal wear due to misuse will be charged to the GUEST.
  • The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in order for it to be in pristine condition. Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to The OWNER or his representative immediately. GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property including all facilities, equipment and installations is entirely at GUEST’s risk.
  • GUEST shall allow the OWNER access to the property for purposes of repair after prior coordination with the GUEST
