Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Pool and Noise timings are to be respected. * NO SMOKING INDOORS * Kindly refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 2000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning of the home. - Dubai is a rapidly developing city, and there may be construction noise in the area during standard working hours. This is part of the ongoing growth of the city, and we kindly ask guests to understand and accept that occasional noise may occur during the day. - Also, please remember to return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. If any card is lost, a replacement fee of AED 300 to 500 per card will apply.
