With fantastic golf course views and a spacious open floor plan, Links 11A in Port Royal Hilton Head Island will sure to become your new Lowcountry vacation spot!
The condo features tiled flooring throughout, and the living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and large flat-screen TV. A screened-in porch can be accessed from the living area and has an outdoor dining set.
**Fireplace is not for guest use.**
The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space.
The main bedroom, with sunny golf course views, has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private ensuite with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
On the other side of the condo, you’ll find two guest rooms- one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.
Links 11A Port Royal Hilton Head includes a 4-person golf cart, perfect for getting to/from the beach, which is just a 5-minute golf cart ride! The golf cart is stored in the private 2 car garage. A propane grill is also available for added convenience.
The Links, are located in the Villages of Port Royal, near the Marriott Barony and Westin Hotel. The complex has easy access to the many bike paths on the island and offers a community pool.

Beach access is from behind the Lyons units, crossing over Folly Field Rd. Islanders Beach Park, restricted parking at beach with metered parking spots only. Non-metered parking spots are reserved for Island Resident annual pass holders.
