It is just at the heart of the City center in the lovely neighborhood of Monti, one of the oldest districts of Rome’s historic center. Please, note that as is often the case in this part of the city, buildings and apartments tend to be generally smaller in size compared to more modern areas. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. Parties not allowed.
- Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
- City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6,00 € per person per day.
- For stays longer than 6 nights a middle stay cleaning fee will be charged.
