12 Sea Mist is a lovely two story home located in the Veranda Beach area of Fripp Island. The Cabana Club is right next door and Activity Center is around the corner. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp’s many amenities. Features include 3 TV’s, 1 in the living room and 1 each in the master and queen bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds each with full size mattresses on the bottom bunk. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers stunning porch views of the canal.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
