As you enter our home, you will be welcomed into the warm and cosy space - start by unpacking your bags in our beautiful master bedroom with king-size bed, the perfect space to allow you to fully recharge and get a great night’s sleep after a busy day! The room also offers lots of space to hang up your clothes so you can bring your nicest dress/suit for a night in the town too!
In our second room, we offer a tranquil space with a desk and office space, just in case you need to check a few emails during your stay! (Please note, it is a 250 year old heritage building, so instant internet is not always possible but it is usally reliable!) This room also offers a comfortable double sofa bed, if you are inviting family or friends...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • No pets allowed.
- • No parties or events allowed.
- • No smoking allowed.
- • No unregistered guests allowed.
- • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
- • Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
- • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- • Please do your dishes.
- • Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
- • Please do not attempt to play the piano without prior permission.
