Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles. Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults. Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog.
