Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Dear Guests,
- We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Just a few things to note, please kindly respect the neighborhood in the villa’s surrounding. According to local law, after 10pm, sound system or loud noises should be reduced. Parties cannot be held without management knowledge or present. And outsiders or guests that are not in our list are not allowed to stay over.
- Please no smoking indoors’ area and to keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
- Our washer is available for guests to use when our staff is in the villa. We strongly suggest to use a laundry service for delicate items as we are not responsible for damage. Thank you
- To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure and only leave your belongings in locked bedroom. We want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple things we’re able to do to ensure that. Additional person after 10 will be charged additional cost at USD 30/night/px.
