Here, you wouldn’t even need a TV or Wi-Fi – which of course is both at your disposal anyway. As well as a big, bright kitchen-cum-living room with dining area and couch and a private bicycle storage. The location is perfect, too, directly at the valley station of the Mendel funicular, which takes you up to the Mendel Pass. The town centre of Kaltern can be reached with a 20 minutes’ walk and a bakery is right next door. By the way, you can park your car at the private parking space.
This holiday home is located in the Mendelbahn building, built in 2022. As the name suggests, we are in St. Anton, a small village just above the heart of Caldaro. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
