This 2-story beach house boasts a stunning, contemporary design with a spacious floor plan, 4 Bedrooms (1 King Suite, 3 Queens and 2 Twins). Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, or get creative in the gourmet kitchen. Blocks from the beach, it’s the ideal spot to relax and unwind. Perfectly located near the Beer Hut, which is more than an outside bar, it’s a perfect spot to grab coffee, enjoy the fun swings and take in the sea breezes. Sea La Vie is about 7 blocks to the beach and is in the golf cart zone. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Pulling into the Haven community, you’ll have 3 parking spots, 1 under the covered drive and 2 tandem on the right side of Sea La Vie. Enjoy a grill, outdoor dining and your own personal, private pool! (Seasonally heated) Enter this beautiful, brand new (2023 built) beach house, 1770+sqft, to a Queen bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer closet, and bunk room which offers 2 twins and 2 queens, all on the main floor. Heading upstairs in the beautiful staircase, you’ll be greeted with a beautiful open floor plan for all of your group to gather and relax with a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. Sea La Vie is beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you’ll want to prep, cook, serve and dine for the chefs who love to be in the kitchen. And, there is ample seating and gathering space for those who like to watch the cooks. Right off of the living area is a balcony to catch the ever famous Port Aransas sunsets! This 2nd floor at Sea La Vie offers a King Bedroom with suite with a stunner private bathroom which includes a gorgeous walk in shower and a soaking tub. 2 sinks makes it a breeze to get ready for evenings out in Port A! There is also a Queen Bedroom Suite with a private bathroom on this floor along with a hallway guest half bath. There is no shortage of beauty, comfort and convenience at Sea La Vie. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Licence number: 597815
