The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a huge living room with a stone electric fireplace and a large wall-mounted TV, Stream your favorites with Netflix, Hulu, and more with your personal subscriptions. A private bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms (Bedroom 2). The main deck has a huge real wood picnic table, a barbecue grill, and a spectacular mountain view. On the upper level, a luxury Master Suite (Bedroom 1) with an ensuite Jacuzzi tub and a huge private bathroom with a standing shower is located. This area is ideal for spending time alone. Continue to the gaming room level, where you’ll find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (Bedrooms 3 and 4). A spacious gaming area with a pool table and a 50-inch screen. There is also a spacious outdoor deck with one of the two hot tubs, traditional wooden-style rocking seats for some relaxation, and a breathtaking landscape and fresh mountain air. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! Proceed to the theater room level to discover two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedrooms 5 and 6)—a spacious theater lounge with 8 theater chairs + 2 bin bags and a Roku 75’ 4K TV.(Stream your favorites movies with Netflix, Hulu, and more with your personal subscriptions) There is also another outside deck with a second hot tub and Adirondack chairs to rest after a day of mountain exploration. Because of the extreme fire hazard on the wood deck, charcoal grills are prohibited and not permitted by the HOA. ***Parking: Trailer parking spot is available to reserve at the resort for a fee, first come first serve basis. Please reach out for details. Please keep in mind that ladybug season in the Smokies runs from October to December! Ladybugs are protected under The State of Tennessee, so we can’t completely get rid of them. But since we do monthly pest control, you may notice dead and rarely some live ladybugs inside as a result of the treatments. Which is very common in the mountains. We appreciate your patience, and a vacuum is available for use as needed. ------------------------------------------------ Guest access During your stay, you have complete access to the cabin. The resort facilities, such as the outdoor pool, indoor pool, mini golf course, and waterfall, are included in your stay. ------------------------------------------------ Other things to note ⭐Extras to Make Your Stay Special⭐ ✅ Complimentary starter toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, and access to high-speed internet. ✅ Baby-friendly amenities: pack & play, high chair, and baby gate. ✅ If your chosen date is not available for booking, kindly check our host profile for other cabin options. --------------------------------- ⭐Important Details for a Smooth Stay⭐ ✅Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM - Early check-in and late check-out may not be possible if there are back-to-back bookings as our cleaners need the time to clean such a large cabin. ✅ Please note, we do not offer streaming service subscriptions. However, each TV is equipped with a standard Roku, allowing you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. ✅ We ONLY provide an initial starter set of basic home essentials (dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort. ✅ The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace. ✅There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security. ✅Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, our cabin is surrounded by nature. While we have monthly pest control, occasional bugs may still find their way inside through open doors or windows. To minimize this, we recommend keeping them closed whenever possible. ✅ Ladybug season in the Smokies occurs from October to December. These insects are protected by Tennessee law, which means we cannot completely eliminate them. We conduct monthly pest control, which may result in the occasional presence of dead or rare live ladybugs (and/or other common bugs/pests in this area) inside the cabin. To minimize this, we highly recommend keeping doors and windows closed. We appreciate your understanding, and a vacuum is available for your use. --------------------------------- ⭐House Rules⭐ ✅ Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. ✅ There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don’t clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. ✅The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers additional cleaning after checkout to help prevent allergy-related issues for future guests. Please note that any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning required during your stay may be charged to the guest. Pet fee: $100 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per reservation). **IMPORTANT Kindly contact us after your booking is confirmed so we can arrange collection of the pet fee, as this is not included in the reservation total. ✅ Smoking is only allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly ✅ No parties or events. A noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room to prevent unauthorized parties. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM. ✅ There is a front-door camera that monitors the exterior for your security. ✅ Total number of guests must be in the reservation. ✅ Same-day bookings may experience slight delays in check-in as we prioritize preparation. ✅ The hot tub is for guests 18+ or children supervised by an adult. No food or alcohol is allowed near the hot tub. ✅ Our cabin is located in an area where wildlife sightings are common; please store food and trash appropriately.
