Stay in a historic building, built in 1904 and 1908, now converted into residential condos. Expect old-world charm with modern comfort in this unique building.

We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation, which is a rare perk in this area. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building.
***However, please be aware that the garage is not renovated and has its limitations. It’s secure and regularly used by residents, though not well maintained given the age of the structure.
There are only stairs (no elevators), so we recommend loading and unloading luggage at the entrance, For those who prefer, paid parking is available across the street at Lincoln Square.

Our guests will have access to the entire apt unit and building amenities.

★Bedroom 2 on the second level: Queen bed + a private full bathroom. It requires climbing spiral stairs hence not suitable for young children or elderly guests

Other things to note
The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.
For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.
There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24 hour security desk.
This apartment is on S. Broad Street, which is a major arterial street in Philadelphia. There is potential for street noise at night especially during warm weather days when cars are more plentiful.
Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.
Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement
We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.
