Nestled in a secure and tranquil area, our duplex flat combines serenity with convenience. Centrally located, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the main train station and within easy reach of all major attractions. Enjoy the proximity to public transport and discover great coffee around the corner, with some of the city’s best cafes, restaurants, beer halls, and nightlife just steps away.
This apartment boasts a spacious open layout with high ceilings. The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, while the lower level houses the bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. For your comfort, the bedroom features a futon, and the living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Please note, the space is open and inviting, but there is no door separating the living room from the basement area.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night. Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP and within less than 10-minute walking distance from the apartment. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows: - 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR - 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR - 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. Please respect our apartment and neighbors.
