This ground floor remodeled three-bedroom condo at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. This home features new furniture. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living and dining area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-home laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or primary bedroom or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in the condo.
Comfortable King-sized beds are standard in the master bedroom and both guest bedrooms features two twin beds.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
