Despite being just 40 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa exudes a sense of complete tranquillity, enhanced by its somewhat bumpy access road that leads to a secluded and private environment. The villa has been lovingly restored to maintain its original character, consisting of five separate apartments connected under one roof. This layout makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or colleagues who wish to holiday together while retaining some personal space and privacy. Each apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (some with sofa beds), and an en-suite bathroom. The central part of the finca features a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace, perfect for cooking large meals, as well as a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two fridges, two dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, and a cooker, catering to guests who enjoy preparing their own meals. Outside, Villa Gilderoy offers an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas hob, dishwasher, sink, and a professional BBQ. A shaded pergola provides seating for up to ten guests, making it the perfect space for al fresco dining. The grounds also feature a large pool (10 x 4.5 meters), a Jacuzzi, and multiple chill-out areas scattered across the garden. The pool house is a standout feature, offering built-in sofas, sun chairs, and a shaded retreat for relaxation by the pool. It is the ideal spot to cool off during the day or enjoy evening socialising. The villa boasts five double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and offers various amenities such as air conditioning, coffee machines, and private terraces in some rooms. The activity room, accessed via two separate entrances, features table tennis, yoga mats, a training bench, weights, board games, darts, and a TV. Nearby supermarkets, including Eroski Felanitx, are just 10 minutes away, offering a wide selection of groceries, including fresh meat and fish. Please note, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, charged 30 days before arrival and collected via credit card.
