Bedroom: The villa features four bedrooms, with one located on the first floor and the other three situated on the second floor. This room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed The bedroom in the villa is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: The property boasts a total of 5 bathrooms, with 4 of them ensuite in the bedroom and another one attached to the living area. Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience. All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Living area: The villa boasts a spacious living room, situated on the first floor and seamlessly connected to the dining area. Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a portable sound system, dining space and a comfortable 12-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation. Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere. A spacious 8-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes. Projector Room: The villa features a spacious projector room on the ground floor, conveniently located adjacent to the swimming pool. Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a projector, and a comfortable 5-seater sofa, this space is designed for fun activities. It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. It includes speakers to enhance the audio experience of the projected content. Comfortable seating for the audience to enjoy the content. Swimming Pool: The pool, sized at 28*12 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience. Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area. Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and a table set up—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones. Kitchen & Food: The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave for your convenience. Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences. All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa’s kitchen and served to guests. Guests have the option to order food from authentic local restaurants for added dining flexibility. Barbecue services are available at an additional charge. We’re nature enthusiasts just like you and value its preservation. To ensure a harmonious stay: House Policies: Regrettably, pets are not permitted. Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM IST. Adults must carry and present a valid ID during the Check-in process. A refundable damage deposit of INR 5000, collected in cash, is required upon arrival. CCTV is installed in outdoor areas like the verandah and entrance for enhanced security. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. An inverter is available for basic lights and fans during power cuts. The property will be clean on arrival, and we appreciate leaving it neat upon departure. Deep cleaning incurs an extra fee. Due to remote locations, internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm network support with the property. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. Sheesha/hookah is not allowed. No smoking/drinking/food consumption near the swimming pool; guests cover water replacement costs for spillage. Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets must be replaced at the guest’s expense before check-out. Quiet Hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and considerate noise levels are appreciated. Pool and music access restricted post 9 pm. We kindly ask that you treat the villa as your own and care for it as we do—it’s a product of our passion and dedication. Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed. Property is completely fenced to enhance security measures. Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly property. At the property, we’ve installed an inverter & generator to provide a backup in case of power cuts. CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.
