Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No unregistered guests or parties allowed. - Please keep the property clean and tidy.
- - The use of confetti is prohibited and will result in additional cleaning fees
- - No hanging banners, signs or balloons from walls or ceiling with tape
- - All STAY properties are shoeless. Please remove shoes upon entering the home.
- - No loud outdoor parties or get together without prior approval
- - No bonfires at anytime
- - Please do not rearrange furnishings without prior approval
- - If grill is used during stay, please cover once cooled down
- - If outdoor umbrella is used, please close in between uses
- - Monitor the fire when using the indoor fireplace
- - Never leave the property if fire is on inside or outside ,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
