Nestled in the pines on the Moonlight Basin side of Lone Mountain with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky’s uncrowded slopes, this free-standing cabin offers comfort and convenience in an awesome location! An ideal Big Sky base for endless alpine adventures.
From the open plan living area and kitchen through to the two spacious bedrooms, the warm interiors create the feel of a true ski cabin with mountain décor, handmade cabinets and alpine artifacts. This 880 sq ft cabin is an ideal base for families and groups of friends and easily accommodates six guests in and en-suite master, bunk room with custom log beds and a sofa bed.
Cowboy Heaven Cabins are a mountain-lovers haven and unwinding is inevitable from the deck of this wooded cabin. From summer BBQs and winter soothing hot tubs under the stars, whatever the season, this cabin will top off your Property Manager.

SKI ACCESS
Cowboy Heaven Cabins boast TRUE ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky Resort! The BEST on the mountain and suitable for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. The Iron Horse and Pony Express lifts at Moonlight typically open early to mid December. There is no ski access until the lifts open or after lifts close.
Ski Out:
Step out the door of your Big Sky Montana cabin rental onto the groomed access run. This connects with Gambler Access which connects to the Powder River Run and will take you to the Ironhorse Lift. (Green access)
Ski In:
From the top of Ironhorse or Six Shooter lifts, ski down Lazy Jack to the intersection of Cinnabar and Powder River. Take a left turn at the last two cabins on Powder River and ski between the cabins across the trail to the groomed access in front of your Moonlight Basin cabin rental. (Green access)
