Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- PetsAllowed:,A $250 fine will be applied if any of the below rules are broken.
- - This property is in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Please respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties.
- - You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
- - The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
- - Pets allowed. $200 pet fee is required.
- - No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
- - House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
- - No tape, adhesives or anything that will cause damage can be used or placed on the walls
- - No exterior decorations can be used
- - No glitter can be used
- - The occupancy can be at most 7 people at any time during your stay.
