It has a bathroom with shower on the first floor (full bathroom with all necessary amenities) and a service bathroom on the ground floor. The equipped kitchenette has everything you need to spend a great stay in Porto. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. The windows are tall, with interior shutters and curtains. Balcony with unobstructed view to rear of building. Public parking facilities next to the building, just down the street.

Distance from the apartment to Carlos Alberto Square: 15 minutes. Rua de Cedofeita, one of the most characteristic of Porto, is known for its shops and traditional shops. It's a street with a location of excellence, where you can walk through the main arteries of the city of Porto by foot. It is close to historical monuments, cultural spaces, schools, public services and bookstores. This street is still known for its old buildings (the oldest ones are from the 18th century), with its typical architectural style, narrow and with facades decorated with tiles.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.
- After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- - Loss of key;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
- Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.
- If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.
- Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
- All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during the checkin.
- Upon check-in/during your stay, additional charges may apply in case of:
- - loss of key;
- - forgotten key inside the apartment;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
- Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40/150eur.
