The apartment has a small balcony with panoramic city view, a bedroom with double bed and cabinets, living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for your stay and bathroom with all necessary amenities. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with NO ELEVATOR. There are two air conditioning units in the apartment (which keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer).

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.
- After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- - Loss of key;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
- Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.
- For your convenience, you can order your breakfast directly with our partners and enjoy a great start to the day in your home. If you are interested, ask us for the menus!
- If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.
- Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
- All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during the checkin.
- Upon check-in/during your stay, additional charges may apply in case of:
- - loss of key;
- - forgotten key inside the apartment;
- - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
- Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40/150eur.
