Note: The building is located next to a freeway. While the traffic is barely audible with all doors and windows closed, we want to mention this for those who may be very light sleepers.

About the area
Located on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway) this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 6-8 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks. Some of our favorites are Pinewood Social, Husk and Crema Coffee!
