This beautiful apartment is incredibly well-located. It looks out on the river’s promenade that runs all the way from the old town to the Guggenheim. Also, the shopping area is within walking distance and you can find various nice restaurants in the area, where you can enjoy the gastronomy of Bilbao. This spacious and warm apartment is ideal for couples, families, and work trips.
Our flat is decorated with great taste, it is spacious, cozy, and stylish. Its 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds (4 singles and 1 double), providing space up to 5 people, with bed linen, pillows and towels for everyone. The bathroom is brand new, furthermore, one of the rooms has a jacuzzi bath. Very well equipped with the things you may need for your stay.The nearest airport is Bilbao, 12.9 km from the apartment and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
