Just minutes drive away from Carindale Westfield shopping centre, 10 min access to Gateway Motorway from which you can get to Brisbane CBD in 20 mins and Gold Coast in less than an hour! Our stylish home offers you a roomie and modern place, equipped with all living essentials and table pool for entertainment. Your kids and families can enjoy their play and running around in our fully fenced beautiful garden.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Our house is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbor will call either me, our local security patrol, or the police if the noise is excessive after 10 PM.
- We had issues with guests using our house for parties before and Airbnb has helped us to install a noise monitor (For more info please search MINUT online) in our outdoor area. It is camera-free and simply monitors sound levels in the area. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any data. This device is fully integrated with AIRBNB and when excessive noise (over 80 dBs) is detected during our quiet hour (10 pm - 8am second day), an alarm will be sent off to you through Airbnb to remind you to keep the noise down and move your activities inside our home. If the noise persists, I will try to contact you first and resolve any issues with you. If I cannot reach you or the noise persists after our call, the local safety patrol or police will be informed and further actions will be taken.

- CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

- Check-in instructions will be available to you automatically no later than 1 day before your stay. These instructions will be provided via a mobile app link compatible with iOS, Android, phones, tablets, and desktop computers. By clicking on the link, you'll find detailed instructions with images, locations, and information on nearby cafes and restaurants. If you have any trouble accessing the link, feel free to message me anytime for assistance :)
- Check-out instructions will be sent automatically no later than 1 day before your departure. You can find check-out details either in the link provided earlier or on the Airbnb app. Please remember to TAKE A PHOTO OF THE RETURNED KEYS once you have checked out!

- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

- We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners of special check-in requirements. If you have made a same-day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3 pm check-in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last-minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!

- EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

- Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service, and our cleaners typically schedule their visits a day in advance. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM to ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your stay.
- If you need an early check-in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any early check-in requests on the day of your arrival. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

- LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

- We understand that sometimes you enjoy your stay so much that you’d like to extend it a little longer! However, since we often have guests arriving the same day you check out and we don't have alternative rooms, all late check-out requests must be made at least the night before your departure. This ensures our cleaners have ample time to prepare the home for the next guests.
- If you need to check out after 10 AM, a late checkout fee of $50 per hour will be charged through Airbnb. Payment must be made by the night before your check-out for the request to be approved. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check-out confirmation, our cleaners will begin their work at 10 AM and will have access to the property for housekeeping.

- Both items are available upon request for a fee of $22 each, payable through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will organize them to be prepared for your use. We only provide regular sheets for our cot and it will be made up for you. We also recommend that you bring your own linens to ensure the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby is well protected!

- STARTER SUPPLIES

- We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee, tea, and sugar, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash per bathroom.
- Our kitchen also comes stocked with a few cooking essentials. These supplies are intended to help you settle in without needing to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. They are not meant to last for the entire duration of your stay.
- If you require extra supplies, please arrange this with us before your stay to avoid delivery costs. We are unable to provide items not listed above. For mid-stay supply deliveries, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist (a delivery charge may apply).
- Please ensure you book for the actual number of guests so we can provide enough linens and towels for everyone!
