FAQs ★ Does the property have a private pool? ★ We do - guests have access to their own private pool with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool can be heated for a fee. ★ What are the additional fees? ★ To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. We cannot offer advanced pool heat with less than 48 hours notice. ★ What is the parking situation? ★ The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed. ★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★ Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★ While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. ★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★ Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
