The Home

Experience our newly built and aesthetic lake view home which includes a S-pool (jacuzzi/pool). It is a perfect destination to enjoy with family or friends. We are located within a beautiful gated community and have direct access to the lake . Our Home is 15 minutes away from Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Explore golf courses, casinos, spas, hiking trails, Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, & more. The pool is 5-6 feet deep.

We are located in the beautiful Terra Lago gated community in Indio. This community offers lake access with catch and release fishing and amazing views.

The main entrance to the Terra Lago gated community is on Avenue 44. You can only enter from the main entrance but can exit from any one of the community exits.

To have the pool heated it is $50 a day. There is no charge to heat the spa. It can take up to 24 hours to warm up...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Terra Lago is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow these rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.
  • PARKING LIMIT: The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
  • NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask the leave the property with no refund.
  • NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
  • OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children.
  • SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property.
  • LAKE RULES: Fishing, swimming & watercraft usage are prohibited in the lake. Anyone caught swimming in the lake (including pets) will be fined.
  • POOL RULES: Please do not have glass around the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage of the pool to remove the glass pieces.The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving. You will injure yourself.
  • PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
  • HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Have fun! Thank you in advance for being such a mindful guest and enjoy your luxurious desert stay.
