There is parking for one mid-sized SUV inside the garage. Suburbans or similar vehicles will not fit. There is no outside parking on shared common areas exterior in winter due to snow removal needs and parking restrictions issued by the HOA. A map of suggested overflow parking areas in the area of the townhome is provided onsite in the unit as a courtesy by owner. MWVR makes no guarantee of overflow parking availability in suggested public parking areas. Public parking garages are subject to restriction and availability offered by the City government.
As a condition of booking, you will be required to provide a refundable security deposit via a valid credit card (ranging from $250 to $1,500, depending on the property) and sign a rental agreement with the local property manager prior to your arrival.
