You’ll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 9 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with 1 full on the bottom and 1 twin on the top as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. No garage access!
This ground floor condo is in a secured building and offers a spacious layout that provides plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the living room.
The Havens has it’s own private community pool & BBQ area. Guest also have access to the North Tower pool & hot tub which is located right on the waterway...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
