The seven bedrooms are:1 Queen, 1 Double/1 Twin, 2 Twins, Twin Bunk Set, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Double/1 Twin. Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.
The Barnett House Top has everything a large family needs to enjoy their beach getaway but the layout with a great room is also delightful for smaller parties too! Life doesn’t get any better when your sitting out on the large ocean front porch or when you are able to just walk down the stairs straight to the beach. There is a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining table large enough for the entire family. 3 TV’s with cable or Roku, DVD, washer/dryer and central heat and air and free Wi-Fi. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
