***Building Work Scheduled for Mid-October 2024 until late March 2025. The project includes work to the exterior, hallways and balconies. It entails power-washing, repair stucco and concrete cracks, caulking, repair damaged railing post, some damaged balconies and paint the exterior of the building. The contractor will try to minimize impact to guests but cannot accomplish a project of this magnitude without some disruption to normal operations and closing of some facilities. The contractor will use three suspended scaffolds on this project starting on the north end of the building and balconies will be accessed from the scaffold.***

Our 3/3 oceanfront condo sleeps 10 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. All mattresses and box springs were replace in early 2023!!!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
