It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas.
Parking: Easy access private parking. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 27 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. NEW KEURIG that makes ICED and HOT coffee. We also have a drip coffee pot.
Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Access to oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors!
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Bedroom 1: Balcony access and beach views from the bedroom!
Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two beds!
Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round!
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
Deck Area: Lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.
Guests will have access to the condo (other than locked owners closets) and the complex grounds.
The complex offers easy access parking for guests - a reasonable walking distance to nearby restaurants on Main St. 2 parking passes. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine Pest Control happens quarterly on the 4th day of that month (3rd or 5th for July). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. Max guest count is 7.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
