Enjoy luxury living in this brand new building on Milwaukee’s East Side. The building is fully loaded with amenities so you can live, work, and play all under one roof. And when you’re ready to venture out, the central location provides quick access to Fiserv Forum, Lake Michigan, Brady St, and more.
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Things to note:
- Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors
- AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area. Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees
- A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- House Rules:
- 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
- 2. No smoking ($150 fee)
- 3. Quiet time after 10pm
- 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
- 5. $40 charge for unreturned keys or access devices
